Bookings

  • To make an appointment please email hello@stylerevamp.co.uk or book the appointment via services page.
  • To secure your appointment booked via phone or email, the deposit of 50% will be necessary. 
  • The deposit is non-refundable. But you can use it within 3 month, should you decide to reschedule the appointment.  
  • The full invoice is payable prior to your appointment via bank transfer or by cash, if the appointment is done in person and this is more convenient for you.
  • Gift voucher purchases will require payment in full.
  • Should appointments run over time due to circumstance or at the client’s request, an additional hourly rate of £75 per hour will be charged.


Cancellations

  • If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, you must inform Yuliya.
  • Cancellation must be made 3 days prior to your appointment. In this case clients will be offered an alternative date to complete their booking within 3 months.
  • If cancellation is made with less than 3 days notice, the deposit will be non-refundable and no alternative booking date will be offered. Any exceptions are at the discretion of Yuliya.


Rescheduling

  • The client may reschedule their appointment, if giving more than 3 days notice prior to the organised date, otherwise you will be expected to attend your day at the agreed date and time.
  • Upon the request of rescheduling any travel costs made prior to the appointment will need to be repaid by the client.
  • If you reschedule your appointment more than twice, you will then be subject to a £50 rescheduling fee for every additional reschedule.


Gift Vouchers

  • All packages are available as a Gift Voucher.
  • The Gift Vouchers are available in digital and printed version.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
  • Gift vouchers can not be refunded.


Travel expenses

  • For all appointments based outside of London and the midlands, travel costs need to be covered by the client.
  • Additional accommodation costs are also payable by the client should they be required.


On the day

  • For the Wardrobe Decluttering service, please ensure your clothes is in reasonable order and easy to access. Ideally, we need a room with good lightning and a mirror.
  • Home visit – ensure your clothes are in reasonable order and accessible to save time. ie. all seasonal wardrobes need to be accessible and items categorised.
  • Shopping Day – ensure that you wear comfortable clothes/shoes that are easy to take on and off. 
  • Makeup - please make sure to wash and moisturise your skin before the appointment. For Makeup Classes organise your makeup and tools ie. makeup brushes and sponges in one place.  


Payment

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or cash to be made prior to your appointment.
